  • All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification once your order has officially shipped.

  • Please note that during high-volume periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare your "New You".

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Free Domestic Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over a certain value (as specified on our storefront at the time of purchase).

  • International Shipping: NovaElixa offers international shipping to most countries. Please be aware that international delivery times can vary significantly depending on the destination and local customs processing.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number you can use to check its status.

  • Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Nova Elixa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at our support email with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.

  • We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution, whether through replacement or refund.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
